Welcome Fiona to RAGOM-land. She has traveled halfway around the world to find her forever family.

Fiona is a Crème Golden weighing in at 71 lbs. and has a birth date of 9/19/2014. She has been to the vet and is heartworm negative. She has a very small defect in her spay incision which will need to be monitored, but requires no care at this time. Her teeth look great, her ears were clean with no infection, and the Sentinel will take care of the lonely worm egg found in her fecal exam. The only vaccination given was a booster for her distemper, as the others were given for travel to the United States.

Fiona has been in her foster home for 1 week and has obviously lived in a house before. She takes stairs well, ignores the shop vac or vacuum cleaner I have used, and follows you from room to room, settling quickly on the floor close to you. She met the resident dogs without any issue and shows appropriate play behavior my residents are currently ignoring. She is a little hesitant to jump in the car, but when given time, will get in with a boost from the rear.

Fiona has had no accident in the house and sleeps on the dog bed in the bedroom or the floor or the sofa. Yep, she knows sofas and loves to curl up next to you for some pets. So far, Fiona knows "sit" and "lay down" in the English language. She tries to talk to me, but I have not figured out what she is asking at this point.

Fiona met a great couple today and has found her perfect home. She has two double-sized canine siblings, some cats, and horses to get to know. Fiona will have two humans, a ranch hand, and extended family members who will show her lots of love.

Congratulation to the R-M family on your new member. The possibilities are endless with her new family.
