Wow, what a trip the two boys had yesterday. They finally arrived in Marion, Iowa and were ready to play! Both boys are from the North Dakota breeder and are eight weeks old. Clancy is a little lighter in color and kinda curly and Charlie is darker and very soft. Both are absolutely ADORABLE. They are typical pups at this age. Lots of peeing, pooping and sleeping. Clancy may be the more talkative right now, but we shall see what the future holds. They played hard after coming to us, ate a big dinner, did their duties (several times) and fell fast asleep! They slept in the crate together until about 2:30 am and decided it was time to get me up. They are very friendly and don't appear to be afraid of anything yet. They are making the big doggies very anxious but we've been meeting each other in small doses.

We'll be getting to know each of their personalities as the days go by and both will be going to work with me often to meet others and play with other puppies. Email Placement@ragom.org if you have a special interest in one of my cutie pies. They'll be hard to give up!!

Hello world. My name is Charlie. I moved to my new foster home with my brother Clancy just a few days ago. I am adjusting nicely according to my foster mom. I love the people here and I sure do love to be held! We had a bath the other day and I fell asleep wrapped up in my warm towel in my foster dad's arms. I am a great napper. I do very well in my crate, too and I don't fuss too much at all.

Clancy has a tendency to bowl me over for dinner time, but I am getting plenty to eat and will be big and strong in no time. I am pretty laid back right now. I'd love to find a forever home soon. Someone to love me for the puppy I am and the dog I will become. Please call!

Charlie is a wonderful puppy. He is about 9 lbs. now and is working on paper and crate training. He sits nicely for treats and is extremely gentle and loving. He knows how to take the steps to go outside and is not afraid of heading out on his own to explore. He runs and leaps and usually instigates play with Clancy. The boys love tug of war and chase! Charlie is not whiny or mouthy at all. At least not yet. He got a bath a few days ago and liked it okay. He especially loves getting dried off with a warm towel fresh from the dryer. Charlie is adjusting well and would love to snuggle with kids or grown ups of his own!!!

Hey everyone! My foster mom found out I love to do tricks and every night I show her how I can go swimming and put my whole head in the water bowl. It's just too tempting to pass up! You'd think she'd learn to put it up at night, but I have to show her over and over again before she gets it....whew, it's hard to train people.

I get to go to the vet on Friday for something called a microchip and while I am there, I may even get a shot....doesn't that sound exciting? I go to work with my foster mom each day and I ride very nicely in the crate. Not a peep out of me. I pee on command outside and don't have very many accidents at all inside. I am easy to cuddle with and love a good game of tug of war. I am loving and gentle and waiting for YOU. Just so you know, I have begun the great puppy antic of licking toes. They taste very yummy! I heard my foster mom say that two families are interested in adopting me and my brother (Clancy 06-013). I can't wait to meet them. We can have our very own forever homes. Wish us luck!

It's official! My little Charlie has been adopted by the R family. Charlie is one lucky pup. He'll have two human brothers to play with and 20 acres to run on and investigate. Charlie will be in doggie heaven. Thanks to the family for driving so far to find their gem of a dog. Charlie fell in love immediately and crawled righ up into the laps of his new brothers to snuggle. We'll all miss you Charlie!!
