Toby was lovingly surrendered to RAGOM when a new baby in his home made him feel sad and withdrawn. Toby is a healthy boy but does need medical care for allergies. Toby likes children as long as they are a little older, so any children in his home should be age 5+. He has been dog tested and with slow introductions, I think he could live with another non-dominant dog. Toby has not been tested around cats and does not require a physical fence. Toby is bright and eager to learn, enjoys walks, and loves being the center of attention around his humans.
