Ruby spent five years in a commercial breeding environment, was adopted and spent a year in a home where she was an only dog, then was surrendered to RAGOM because of storm and separation anxiety. The presence of several dogs in her RAGOM foster home has helped with the separation anxiety but she has exhibited some storm anxiety with thunder. She has never been exposed to children so children age 10+ are recommended. She must have another confident dog in the home. She has not been tested with cats. She must have a physical fence because she would probably bolt if she heard thunder while outside. Ruby is a happy girl who will benefit from a dog companion and humans who can help her learn to tolerate storms.
