Bo

1/7/06: Bo is a male three-year-old Golden Retriever mix. His head almost looks like he is part St. Bernard. Bo just arrived today and was an owner surrender to a shelter because his family was moving. Apparently, it didn't seem to matter that they were getting rid of him. Well, lucky for Bo, he is going to find a forever home that will not treat him as being so disposable.

Bo has only been here for a few hours and he is one laid back boy. Bo has met our dog and the cat with no problem what-so-ever. His tail just keeps on wagging. He is not a huge boy, but is very solidly built. There were some kids playing nearby and he sure kept looking at them, almost as if he might have been missing kids from his previous family. He just stood and stared and wagged his tail. Poor guy!

Bo will be going for his vet checkup this week and then he will have to be neutered, hopefully the following week. We will write more as we get to know Bo better.
