Carlotta came to RAGOM after leaving her breeding days behind.  Because she hasn't had much exposure to the outside world, she will require a calm, patient home as she learns more about the joys of being a family dog.  She would do best in a home with another dog to continue helping her learn the ropes and without small children.  

Carlotta does not require a physical fence and is doing well in a condo, but she cannot be outside off leash under any circumstances as she's a flight risk if startled.  A plan to keep her safe is required.
