Cedar was surrendered to RAGOM by a commercial breeder because of a heart murmur and entropian in one eye. With proper medical care, he is now a healthy, growing pup. Cedar can live with children and other dogs. A physical fence is optional as long as a solid plan is in place to keep him safe.
