Dodge came into RAGOM today after a 3+ hour car ride.  He did excellent on the ride so we'll give him an A+ for car riding!  Thank you to his wonderful transporters, who help getting wonderful dogs like Dodge into foster care!

Dodge is an absolutely gorgeous 3-year-old purbred Golden Retriever.  He is a dark amber red and just beautiful!  He is estimated to be around 80 pounds (I would guess him to be less than that), he is UTD on his vaccinations, neutered and housetrained!  What more could a family want??

He gets along with other dogs but was a little hesitant meeting the resident dogs.  Who could blame him though?  They are big and excitable!!  Plus he had a very big day. 

Dodge has lived with kids of all ages (youngest 16-months-old) and is reportedly awesome with them!  He was so gentle with the little ones.  He is unlikely to be baby tested here, but I'd say he passes that too based on his history.  He is a big galoot who is gentle as can be.

He was surrendered by a family that loved him very much but due to family circumstances he needed to be surrendered to RAGOM.  He will be greatly missed but they know what a wonderful furever home RAGOM can find for him.
