Meet Kiana! She is an adorable 15 week old Golden Retriever.  She hasn't been here long, but I am impressed with her!  She wants to be near me all the time, and I assume that will change a bit as she gets more relaxed here.  She is from a commercial breeder, but seems very social compared to some of the really shy dogs we get who haven't met many people.
 
Kiana found a favorite toy--a stuffed dolphin.  She carries it everywhere now.  She mastered the stairs fairly quickly after standing at the top all alone and crying to no avail.  Since she has no vet records, Kiana will need all of her vaccinations and will also be spayed before adoption.  If you take a close look at her photo, you will notice that her right ear looks flipped up. I am sure she was born this way and we will have the RAGOM vet check it out and determine if anything needs to be done.
 
Since she is a puppy, Kiana will adjust quickly to virtually any home situation so if you are ready for puppy energy, chewing, house training and all of the hilarity that comes with raising a puppy, contact your placement advisor.
