Kobe is a wonderful boy who was lovingly surrendered by his owner due to a move.  He is a well-mannered boy with a great temperament. He is a bit nervous so a family with older children would be best, good with other dogs and okay without a fence. He has not been cat tested. He will need a family committed to matching his activity level and providing the training and socialization to help him grow into a confident dog.
