1/14/07: Liberty arrived at his foster home on Friday, January 12th. He was very nervous on the long trip from Ames to Muscatine, but he was still a happy guy! Liberty was found as a stray and would have become a research animal for Iowa State University if RAGOM hadn't taken him in. What a lucky boy! Liberty is one to one and a half years old and weighs around 60 pounds. He is a little on the short side and has the field coat of a Golden. He is still very much a puppy and loves to play with our 10 month old Goldie puppy. He met our ten resident dogs without any problems. He is a very happy guy as you can see from his pictures. I haven't been around him long enough to know what type of forever family would be best for him. I will send in another update when I know him a little better.
