Hey there…Molson here…I have just arrived at my Ragom foster home, and what a busy place it is! I came from a life where I spent 12+ hours every day in bed in the spare bedroom. It was boring and did some nasty things to my waistline! Now I’m running around, playing in the yard and doing what any 3 ½ year old golden would…having fun! As you can see, I’m rather handsome, and love it when someone looks deep into my eyes and scratches me.
I am completely potty trained and have been to obedience class…but my foster mom says that I will need patient and consistent application of those skills because I have forgotten quite a bit. I do like to please, and of course, will do almost anything for a treat!
There are kitties at this foster home, and I’m proud to say that I have been curiously nice to them. I really like kids, but because I’m such a big guy I might be too much for toddlers. These days, I sleep in the laundry room at night and am very peaceful and quiet. I have a little streak of mischief in me…I might steal a sock or slipper in hopes of sparking a fun game of chase. I’m not sure why my fosters don’t think this is fun!? I am definitely not a chewer…except my dog toys, and am good about sharing (both food and toys).
I’ve been through a couple of storms and a fireworks display…so I’m cool with loud noises. I’ve been neutered and will be off to my Ragom vet for a complete checkup soon.
I’m a beautiful, big golden with a beautiful, big heart!
