Peanut was surrendered to RAGOM by a commercial breeder. She has a congential condition known as Pectus Excavatum, meaning she was born with a chest wall deformity. Fortunately for Peanut, this condition seems to be resolving as she grows and does not require treatment at this time. As a typical puppy, Peanut will thrive in a variety of home situations: with children of any age or no children, with or without other dogs, and with or without a physical fence. She has not been observed with cats in her foster home, but typically puppies can be taught to get along with cats. Puppies require a commitment to exercise and training so that they grow to be mannerly house companions. Peanut is ready to steal your heart!
