It will be best that any children in Rosie's future home be age 10+. A confident resident dog is definitely required. Rosie can live with cats. She must have a physical fence to keep her safe. Rosie will continue to adjust to her new life at her own pace. She will need a family with patience who understands how to encourage and support dogs from a commercial breeding environment.
