Simon has beautiful, thick red hair with the cutest curly ears and likes having his hair brushed. He knows and obeys all the basic commands and has perfect recall. This boy does not need a fence. Loves riding in the car, playing ball, snuggling, and me. I'm not sure, but he may have super-glued himself to my leg, but that will lesson as he feels more secure. He is completely house-trained, sleeps by the bed, chews nothing inappropriate, and has had free roam since day one. I compare Simon to a child that has great spirit, a full, loving heart but hasn't been taught social manners. Watch your fingers when offering a treat! He thinks he should be first out the door and first one to eat. Simon needs an experienced dog owner to help him remember---he is not the leader of the pack. We are already working on these issues. Simon could live with other dogs, but probably not another alpha dog. I think he would enjoy being an only, because he loves his people so much.
