Winston was surrendered to RAGOM when he suffered injuries and broke bones in both front legs and his owners could not manage the expense and difficulty of managing his recovery. Winston will be in foster care while he has the surgery needed and to fully recover. Winston can live with children, other dogs, and cats. He must have a physical fence to keep him safe. Winston has a long road ahead of him but is expected to fully recover from his injuries. When he does he will be ready to settle into a loving home.
