    For a senior guy, he still had those wonderful bursts of energy—those happy little bounces that reminded you there was plenty of puppy spirit left in him. They always brought a smile to my face, and they’ll certainly be missed around here.

     

    I’m so grateful I got to be a small part of Creed’s journey. I have no doubt he’ll spend the rest of his life making his new family smile just as much as he made all of us smile. Wishing Creed and his forever family a lifetime of happiness, adventures, and unconditional love together.

    Meet Creed, an 8+ year-old distinguished gentleman who has finally found the pace of life that suits him best.

     

    Creed came to RAGOM when the world around him was moving faster and faster, while he was ready to enjoy life at a slower, more comfortable speed. His family has given him the opportunity a senior dog deserves—a chance to relax, be loved, and enjoy all the little adventures that make life special.

     

    Like many middle-aged gentlemen, Creed’s enthusiasm occasionally exceeds his athletic ability. Mention a walk, a trip outside, or any potential adventure, and he’ll launch himself into action with great determination. After about 30 feet, however, he may decide a more leisurely pace is the wiser choice.

     

    Creed’s perfect day probably includes riding along on a bass boat with his ears in the breeze, sitting at the end of a dock watching the world go by, or taking a slow stroll to the mailbox and back. He’s learned that not every movement around the house requires him to get up and investigate, though he’ll keep a watchful eye on his people from a comfortable spot nearby. A wag of approval is usually enough—unless he suspects something interesting is afoot. Then he’s ready to join the adventure.

     

    Creed has mastered the art of enjoying life’s simple pleasures, and he hopes his forever family is ready to enjoy them with him.
