Billie is a healthy, energetic pup who came into RAGOM from a commercial dog breeder auction. Billie can live with children and other dogs and does not require a physical fence. She has not been exposed to cats. Like all puppies, Billie has a lot of energy and has much to learn about growing into a confident, mannerly dog.
