This is the most recent information available; however, it may change as we learn more about the dog.

I would like to introduce RAGOM's newest beautiful boy, Charlie. He is a 10-week-old Golden/Poodle cross that was surrendered to us by a commercial breeder. He is a gorgeous black pup with a fabulous personality. He is playful, yet mellow and chills out easily. He has slept through the night on the bed with us and is able to hold it overnight. He is 14 lbs and has had puppy shots and a negative fecal test. He will be neutered Friday and is ready to meet his forever family at any time. He has been around kids, dogs, and cats and does well with all of them, though as he grows, he may knock small children over.

- He is currently getting used to car rides. He will drool while in the car right now, which is pretty common, and he will likely get better as he grows.

- He loves to romp around in the backyard, but is not a super hyper puppy and while in the house with us. He is going to make some family very happy!

Please remember when considering a puppy...

  • Charlie will have been introduced to many different people, cats, and dogs in his foster home. He will need continued socialization and obedience training to be the best dog that he can be.
  • We have started attempting to potty train him, but he will still need work in this area in his forever home. He is not able to hold it all day long between 2-4 months of age and will need someone able to come home and let him out at midday for potty breaks.
  • If there are children in the home, please keep in mind that puppies love to chew, nibble on fingers and toes, and have a lot of energy. If you have small hands that you are worried about being nibbled on, then a puppy may not be for you.
  • This guy may be small now, but he will grow quickly into a big dog who needs training and a family who can commit to him for a lifetime. He will be your best friend for life, but needs to go to a family willing to give him a forever home for the next 10+ years.
