Harley is a firecracker who just came into Ragom with his brother, Summit. Harley is a 7 week old golden mix, dad is a purebred golden and mom is a golden/lab mix. Harley is much smaller than Summit. His coat is brownish-black with golden lower legs and feet streaked with black. Quite stunning. The boys just came last night and they are delightful - so fun to watch them play with each other and with our adult dogs. They appear to be healthy, have had their first puppy shots, and have been dewormed. They slept through the night and have been eating and drinking well. They have also been going potty as soon as they go outside! More info to follow after their vet visit.

Gretzky here!Just wanted to share a few photos of what I have been up to since getting adopted a couple years ago. I am a very healthy, muscular, two year old stud muffin, according to my vet and parents, and I have a set of peepers that will make any heart melt. My antics still haven’t changed, and I am just as curious as the day I was adopted! My favorite things are deer, squirrels, kitty cats, walks, mom and dad- naturally, Frosty Paws and Melve, my stuffed rabbit.&nbs... Read more → Read less ↑

My antics still haven’t changed, and I am just as curious as the day I was adopted! My favorite things are deer, squirrels, kitty cats, walks, mom and dad- naturally, Frosty Paws and Melve, my stuffed rabbit. Last spring I managed to find a deer in the park, and took off. It was a pretty scary experience for all of us. Luckily, we all learned our lesson, and with a little extra training, I am a VERY good walker! I’m just curious, guys!
My parents spoil me rotten. They keep telling me I can’t sleep in the bed, but I always end up snuggling with them anyway. Mom tells me the laundry is worth it. I really hope that all of the pups get adopted from RAGOM so they can experience the unconditional love that I do. Sometimes the right home is worth the wait. I know I found mine!
Woof, woof!
Love,
Gretzky (The Great One)

Little puppy, Harley, now known as Gretsky, has found a wonderful furever home! He has brought many laughs and smiles into our home and we will miss him and his antics. But he now has a great mom and dad who are starting their family with a furkid. He will have many dogs in the family to play with as well as an aunt who is a veterinarian. He will delight his new family for years to come. We're so happy for the entire family! You can all meet him at Goldzilla in September. Read more → Read less ↑

This 'little puppy' (which is what we call him) is doing so good. He is such a delight! His brother left almost 3 days ago and we weren't sure how that would affect him. I'm sure he misses his brother since they played together constantly. But he's really doing very well except for the first 5 minutes of bedtime when he is lonely by himself in the crate.I took him to work today and he did great! I took him to work today and he did great! Of course, he slept most of the day after our big walk this morning. He went potty as soon as I took him outside. We also took him to an outdoor concert last night and then to the frozen yogurt store (where everyone in the store including the help came outside to meet him!). He didn't bark or whine and loved everyone petting him. We've taken him for walks on a leash every morning with the big dogs and he keeps up pretty darn good for a little guy. His crate is dry every morning and he's been real good about doing his business outside if WE pay attention. He eats with the big dogs and cleans his bowl. And talk about cute!!!! He's got really big paws so he will probably be the size of an average golden and his fur will be short like a lab.
A reminder that he's already neutered, microchipped, had puppy shots and Heartgard and his first dose of Frontline. He's just waiting for someone special to take him home and give him a name. Could that be you? -
Harley should actually be called Rascal! He is quite the adventurer. But still runs to Foster Mom when he's scared! He has had his first vet visit and been neutered. He has been microchipped, is now up to date with shots, has had his first Heartgard and his first Frontline. He weighed 11 pounds whereas his brother, Summit, weighed almost 17 pounds! The boys are sleeping through the night and their kennel is dry in the morning! They are eating very well. Their main activity is play, play, play. I... Read more → Read less ↑

It's so fun to watch them wrestle and make ferocious noises with each other. They want to play with the big dogs but the resident goldens are not amused. Harley is now ready to be adopted. Who wants puppy kisses?!
