This is the most recent information available; however, it may change as we learn more about the dog.

We welcome Teddy as our newest foster. He comes to us as a stray. He was found by a very special family that knew his destiny was not to be spent as a stray, wandering the countryside. They took him in, saw the love in his eyes, and called RAGOM. He is a very sweet boy. He has had a little training and it is slowly coming back to him. He just wants to be by you. We have had him for about five days now.

He does not know how to play with toys or other dogs. Teddy has been to the vet and been brought up-to-date on his shots. He has also been microchipped. He pulls a little on the lead and has a strong prey drive. This may be due to him having to find his own food when he was on his own. We have been cutting mats out of his backside and see that he will have beautiful feathering when his hair grows back. We gave Teddy a bath in the lake and he was OK with it, but did not seem too impressed with the water. Teddy will go into the crate nicely and will stay in it for up to seven hours while we are at work.

We will have more for you as we get to know this diamond in the rough a little better.

Dog Updates

  1. We are happy to report that Teddy has been adopted! He is being loved, spoiled, and will be cherished. Teddy could not have done any of this without the truly special family that brought him in and helped him get into RAGOM. He wanted me to pass on lots of butt-shaking tail wags and a slew of slobbery kisses. They will always have a special place in his heart. We are happy to have met them and happy for Teddy's new family as well. Read more → Read less ↑
