    Meet Marley!

If you're looking for a dog who brings equal parts sweetness, playfulness, and companionship, Marley may be your perfect match! This 4-year-old Goldendoodle has settled into foster care beautifully and is quickly showing everyone what a wonderful dog she is.

Marley has all the lovable traits people adore in retrievers. She's affectionate, a little goofy, sometimes delightfully clumsy, and happiest when she's spending time with her people. While she's still adjusting to her new surroundings, her playful personality shines through more every day. She loves carrying toys around the house, playing fetch, chewing on a favorite bone, and following her humans from room to room. Despite having bursts of playful energy, she's equally content curling up on the couch for a relaxing evening with her family.

Marley bonds quickly with her people and enjoys being nearby throughout the day. When her foster mom is working, she's happy to settle on the couch and quietly supervise. In the evenings, she enjoys snuggling with her foster dad while everyone relaxes. She would love another playful dog in the home, but she doesn't require one and would be just as happy playing fetch or spending time with her humans.

This smart girl is both house-trained and crate-trained. In fact, after watching her foster siblings ring the bell to go outside, she's already started trying it herself! Marley knows "sit" and "down," enjoys riding in the car, and is making great progress on her leash manners. She loves going for walks and is eager to learn. Like many happy dogs, she may bark when visitors arrive or when she's especially excited, and she occasionally forgets her manners and jumps up to say hello, but she's quick to respond to direction and is learning fast.

Marley is generally a quiet, easygoing companion. Although unfamiliar sounds may startle her briefly, she quickly recovers and goes right back to whatever she was doing. She isn't demanding of constant attention and does well spending time in her crate when needed.

Based on information from her previous owner and what we've seen in foster care, Marley appears to do well with other dogs, children, and cats. She has also previously lived in an apartment and spent time with pet sitters, showing that she can adapt well to different living situations.

Marley would thrive with adopters who are ready to continue her training and help her keep building confidence. Whether you're a first-time dog owner or a seasoned dog lover, she's the kind of companion who will happily join you for a walk, a game of fetch, or a cozy evening on the couch.
