Meet Handsome boy Dudley, new to RAGOM! He is AKA registered (working on getting papers from owner), neutered, 4 years old this summer, weighs 86#, so he could stand to lose about 8 to 10 pounds.

I have not had Dudley long but know a lot about him from his owners, so I will be able to tell you a lot as I did the heartbreaking surrender and got to spend some time with the owner. They LOVE Dudley and this was a very difficult decision for them, but feel it's best for Dudley. He likes to cross a very busy road to go visit his girlfriend, they had a litter of pups together a couple years ago and the owner says he would go over and carry the pups back to his house, very cute yes, but very dangerous crossing the road. The owner says he seemed very proud to have his pups with him and did not want to be a dead beat dad!! I thought that was a cute story and wanted to share...But Dudley still likes to go visit his girlfriend...he is not a bolter or anything just likes to go exploring...

He likes other dogs, cats, bunnies, yes bunnies, as shocking as that may sound, Dudley lived with a bunny!! He listens very well, knows many commands. The owner had him lay down and she put a treat on his nose and he did not touch it until he was told to...he does high five!

Dudley rides well in the car, loves children of all ages, lived with 5 to 21 year olds. There is not much he does not like it seems. The owner called him the perfect dog, will counter surf and get in garbage, but that is an easy fix, don't leave food out and keep garbage away...

We went to the vet today and he is up to date on everything. He was positive for lymes a couple years ago but he has been treated and is done with treatments back in 09!

He loves to swim, play fetch is his favorite thing and will do this all day if you let him...He has no problems with stairs and is just an all around great dog... Beautiful too...
