Harvey came to RAGOM from an owner surrender. Harvey has a few health conditions inlcuding being deaf, has cataracts, arthritis, mobility issues, some lumps and bumps, a positive anaplasma test, and sensitive ears. He would be best in a home with children 10+ as he can be nervous around children. He can live with other dogs and cats. A physical fence is optional and can live in an apartment/condo setting. He is a lover and cant wait to find his new family!
