Pepper came to RAGOM after her family faced a major health challenge and wanted the best for her. Aside from minor allergies, she is a healthy girl. Pepper would do best in a home with children age 5 or older. She is a sweet girl who can live with other dogs if there is a calm, low-energy resident dog or she needs to be the only dog in her home. She requires a physical fence to keep her safe. Pepper has not been around cats with her current foster or her surrendering owner. Pepper has a voice and she will use it whenever she wants, so she requires a home that doesn't contain shared walls such as an apartment or condo. Pepper will thrive with patient adopters who can provide structure, affection, and time to build her confidence.
