Ragtime came into RAGOM through Animal Control. This sweet boy was found as a stray and when his time was up, RAGOM was asked to help. We were the lucky foster to step up and offer to help with young boy. It has been a pure pleasure to have him in our home. Ragtime is the name given to him in Animal Control and he did not respond at all when called. We started calling out as many names as we could think of just to see if he would react to a certain sound or name. We have discovered he actually answers to Buddy. Ragtime gets along with our resident boy and our foster girl.
Ragtime (a/k/a Buddy) is approximately 2-3 years old based on our vet's assessment, he was recently neutered, brought up-to-date on his shots, microchipped, heartworm negative but did come back positive to Ehrlichia, which affects a dog's antibodies. Through additional blood work we found that all of Ragtime's blood counts were within normal range. Great news!!Ragtime has met a wonderful family and they are very excited to make him theirs. He will be going home as soon as he's healed from his neuter procedure.
