Profile
James came into RAGOM as a surrender from a commercial breeder. James is gradually adapting to living in a home, but he retains many young-puppy-like behaviors despite his age. Because of these behaviors, any children in the home should be age 10+. James requires and needs a medium/large confident dog in the home to model and learn from. He can live with cats. A physical fence is optional as long as a solid plan is in place to provide him with plenty of exercise and keep him safe. Although James is not technically a young puppy, he behaves like one. Puppies are a big commitment, requiring several years of patience and consistent training in order to become well-mannered, confident family members. James will make a fine family dog in a setting where he gets plenty of consistent exercise, training, and guidance from his family.
