Teddy is a wonderful Golden Retriever who was lovingly surrendered by his owner due to a change in the health of his owner.  He is quite the escape artist, so a physical fence is required, however, an unwavering safety plan would be considered.  He does well with children and cats and can be an only dog. He will need a family committed to matching his activity level and providing the training and socialization to help him grow into a well-mannered family member.
