Baxter is about 5 years old and has been waiting since June to come to America. He was living in the forest outside of Istanbul and had been brutally attacked by the feral dogs. Volunteers found him and took him to the vet. He has had a long road of recovery, but he is now ready to travel and find his forever home in Minnesota.
