9/7/05: Bear is an 8 month old male that is getting neutered on the 14th. He weighs 64 pounds. He is nothing but sweet. We have not been able to get a camera yet to get a picture of him. We live on 22 acres in the northern metro, and Bear and our resident dog Kito play all day. Bear will come out with us in the morning and help with the horses - he follows me around as I turn them out and feed them. After all morning of the two dogs playing they go up to the house to take a nap (our Lab has some hip problems and has to take naps as he plays through the day).

Bear gets along great with everyone - children, adults, other dogs, cats, horses, ducks and chickens. He will be very hard to let go when the perfect family comes along to adopt him. He is very happy living the family life now. When he first came he was shy and scared that he was going to get punished for something, but now he knows that he is part of the family and is definently taking it all in.
