Profile
Bentley was the name assigned to this young, tall guy but we decided he needed a more masculine name so we've been calling him Jackson and it fits him. He is a VERY tall golden who was a stray. He was brought into a shelter by a good samaritan at the same time that Brody/Sam 10-354 was brought in by a different good samaritan. These boys had to have been together before! They are best buddies and even sleep entwined around each other like cats. They are very well mannered in the house and completely housebroken so they must have lived in a house before. They get along great with our 3 resident goldens and the cat. They are neutered, heartworm negative, and now completely up to date with their vaccinations. They walk very nicely on leashes and also stay with us when they're off leash. They are always together and will even run while each is holding on to the same stick! Jackson is the more outgoing of the two and makes all kinds of interesting sounds. He is a darker golden and weighs 81 pounds which seems about right. His age has been estimated as 2 years. We feel very strongly that these two boys should stay together so we'll be looking for a forever home who is interested in two well behaved, active boys. Please contact your placement advisor if you're interested in Jackson.
