Blue came into RAGOM's care as an owner surrender. He is a healthy dog who had undescended testicles, but he was neutered on 10/21 is currently recovering. He would do well in a home with children of any age. He may live with other dogs and has not been tested with cats while in foster care. He does not require a physical fence.
