Brittney joined the RAGOM family last week after being the last puppy left from an unwanted litter. I simply can't imagine why nobody wanted her...she is beautiful. Brittney is supposed to be approx 12 weeks old but she looks & acts younger, closer to 8 weeks in my book. She is a golden retriever/yellow lab mix & is definately a cutie pie. She weighs in at about 10 pounds, has a cute little pudgy belly, puppy breath, big paws, & beautiful green eyes. Yes, green!

Brittney is getting along great with my 3 goldens, & although she is very active she listens very well to them when they say "enough is enough". Brittney also gets along great with my 3 kids, ages 8, 14 & 17. I think she would do best in a household with kids over the age of 5 because she still has her very sharp puppy teeth. She needs to work on her potty training, although she is starting to get the hang of it a little bit.

Our little cutie is a very submissive little girl. She is not shy, but frequently when approached she will simply roll on her back & show her belly in submissiveness. She doesn't bark much, just when she's playing, which she loves to do. She is great at entertaining herself, & although she is good at taking the toys OUT of the toy box she isn't good at putting them back IN. She loves to play fetch & will occasionally drop the ball when she brings it back to you. She also enjoys helping fostermom take a shower in the morning, so my guess is that she'll enjoy swimming when she gets the chance.

Although Brittney is UTD on her vaccines & microchipped she does need to be spayed (I will set up her appt for this week hopefully). If you are interested in adding this little mischievious girl to your family contact your placement coordinator soon.
