Please welcome Buddy to Ragom. Buddy is a 7-year-old purebred male Golden Retriever who comes to us from his owner. His owner is moving to Lexington, KY, and can't take the dog with him.
Buddy is confused about the situation and wonders why he is in a strange home. He is beginning to adjust to his new environment, but needs a family to be part of the love he gives out. He has been obedience-trained and behaves well. He is very happy inside and outside.
Buddy eats well, sleeps well, and is a nice dog. He likes kids and toys and will make somebody a nice companion.
He is healthy, neutered, and up-to-date on his shots. He takes heartworm and tick preventatives monthly.
Buddy walks well on a leash and has plenty of energy for walking, playing, and swimming. He seems to be OK with thunderstorms, but we haven't heard any fireworks or gunfire.
