Butters came to RAGOM from an owner surrender. He has no known behavioral or medical issues, just a high energy pup!  He is good with all ages, and can live with other dogs. He has not been tested with cats. A physical fence is optional and he can live in a shared wall setting (apartment/condo).  He is a fun loving dog ready to find his forever family!
