Cassie

We would like you to meet Cassie. She is a 3 year old PB that is red in color. She has been with us for about a week and has fit in to our schedule quite easily. Cassie was surrendered because she does not like cats. She ended up attacking the family cat, so the family felt it was best if she found a new home without cats.

Cassie is scheduled to see the vet on Monday. So I will have an accurate weight and she will be update to date on all of her vaccines. She is a big dog and could probably stand to lose some weight.

Cassie is the sweetest girl. She loves to be near people (which is a golden trait after all), and loves to give kisses. I was told that she has no storm anxieties, but we haven't had a storm to test this on. She has barked, but only to be let in after being outside a while and because the others dogs weren't playing with her. She is totally housebroken and does not chew so we have not used a kennel with her. She has free roam of the house. She doesn't really get on the furniture. I think it's because it's hard for her to get up there, so she enjoys the tiled floor.

I think Cassie would benefit from a home with children or a home with another dog. She likes to have attention. She hasn't tried to run off so I don't think that having a fence is an issue. She is great with kids (we have a 4, 7, and 14 year old). She actually sleeps with my oldest.
