Charlie was surrendered to RAGOM when his family realized he needed more time and attention than they could give him. Charlie is a handsome, energetic, and intelligent Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix. Charlie can live in a home with children of all ages. He could live with other dogs, but requires slow introductions to them and might prefer a home with the humans all to himself. He has a strong prey drive, so living with cats might not be advisable. Charlie has used his intelligence and creativity to open fence gates, climb over or dig under fences, so a solid plan to keep him safe is essential. Charlie requires an active home and a family that will love his spirited demeanor and intelligence. He will reward that family with loyalty and goofy entertainment.
