Charlie was surrendered to RAGOM by a commercial breeder because he has a slight case of entropian. As a puppy, Charlie can live in a variety of home situations with proper training and supervision: with or without children, with or without another dog, with or without cats, and with or without a physical fence. As is true of all puppies, Charlie will require a family willing and able to provide him consistent training, exercise, and guidance so that he grows into a well-mannered family member.
