Profile
Hudson was raised and loved by a couple from puppyhood. Once they had kids, he could not adjust. Having little ones underfoot left him stressed and unhappy. Eventually, he snapped at and nipped both the three-year-old and the eighteen-month-old, so his family had to surrender him. He is easily startled, so any children in the home should be 13 or older. Hudson is a healthy dog. He would do okay with another dog in the home as long as it isn't a puppy, as sudden, darting movements could be triggering for him. Hudson requires a physical fence to keep him safe. He has not been exposed to cats, but that might be risky given his skittish nature. Hudson would do well in a calm, home environment and will make a wonderful companion for the right family.
