Jasper was surrendered to RAGOM from a commercial breeder. Jasper has hip displasia, which does not  slow him down much right now, but may require surgery later depending on how he grows. As with all puppies, he can adapt to a variety of home environments (children or not, other dogs or not, cats or not, fence or not) with the proper upbringing. Prospective adopters must provide a detailed plan for bringing a puppy into their home, including plans for exercise, socialization, obedience, potty and crate training. Puppies are a big commitment, requiring several years of patience and consistent training to become well-mannered, confident family members.
