Kato was found on the side of the highway in Mankato as a "free puppy" and a Good Samaritan scooped him up and surrendered him to RAGOM. As with all puppies, he can adapt to a variety of home environments (children or not, other dogs or not, cats or not, fence or not) with the proper upbringing. Puppies are a long-term commitment requiring several years of patience and consistent training to become well-mannered, confident family members.
