A lot of things happened in the past two weeks: Foster Mom had my nails trimmed and ears cleaned on a weekly basis. I did so well and she even started brushing my teeth.
I went to the vet’s office and met Dr. Grace. I liked visiting the vet’s office because everyone there was so nice, and they gave me a lot of pats and treats. Dr.G said I was a healthy pup and everything was good except I was a little underweight. I eat well and drink well, and Foster Mom has been working hard to put some weight on me. I will definitely cooperate with that. I love food—and treats!
I enjoy riding in the car. I also enjoy walking with Douglas and my foster mom, and I am getting better with leash walking. I am easily distracted by the smells along the road, but I will get back on track as soon as she corrects me.
I do not react to other dogs; I think they are all my friends. I made a lot of new friends (my neighbor's dogs). They came to my yard and we played and played. I can be an only dog, but I would need dog playmates.
I like people and kids of all ages, but I am very young and playful so children in my forever home should be at least 5 years old. And I will need a family who has the time to train me and play with me often.
I am learning tricks: I know “sit” and “come” very well and will let you know what I have learned next time my foster mom updates my page! See ya!
