13-028 Marshall and 13-029 Kuni are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together

Marshall arrived this weekend with his sister 13-029 Kunil. They were surrendered by a loving family that wanted their dogs to have a better life. They must have been very loved because they are both amazing, loving, happy dogs. They both went to the vet this week and are now UTD on all vaccinations. Marshall has a petite frame, and at 60 lbs is in perfect health.

Marshall is a stunning boy, really well behaved and a joy to foster. We walk over a mile twice a day and while he is 7.5 yo, he looks and acts like a very young dog. Hi only bad habit is that he is a runner and can get out of a 4 ft fence. Marshall needs to either be on a tie out or a 6ft fenced yard.

Kuni and Marshall were raised together and are very bonded. Marshall is a bit of an escape artist and ran away from his house. Somehow he was trapped in a marshy area for days, and Kuni, while not physically stuck, stayed by his side for days. They play together non-stop, and always keep an eye on each other. We have a very large fenced back yard, and Kuni and Marshall run circles after each other. Because Marshall is an escape artist, I have a leash on hm when he is in the fenced yard in case he tries to make a run for the fence. He could stay outside for hours but I start to get cold! Earlier in the week I called the dogs to come in, and Kuni came running, but Marshall stayed outside. I told Kuni "go get Marshall!". She ran after him and headed back to the door. Normally Marshall follows Kuni but he stayed outside. I again told her " Kuni - go get Marshall!". She ran out again, and grabbed his leash and walked him in!! She is such a smart girl! They are a wonderful pair and are looking for a forever family that will take them both.
Marshall is great with kids of all ages, and wonderful with dogs. He is potty-trained, crate trained, fine with cats and has no bad habits! He is one stunning, sweetheart.
