This big, beautiful boy is Mushka 14-383. He is sweet, loving, and very mellow. He asks for little and gives back so much! I am currently on crutches and fostering, which is tricky. It should be really difficult, but Mushka makes it so easy. I walk him on crutches, and he is so gentle and sweet. He does get very excited about approaching dogs, but a firm hand keeps him in check. When he does greet other dogs, he approaches with so much excitement, but after a sniff and a grunt, he is ready to be on his way. Mushka really has no bad habits other than a penchant for garbage and counter-surfing, but only if left alone with obvious treasures readily available. Mostly, Mushka just wants to be near his people and his toys and to spend time outside. We walk him a few times a day and take him to our fenced-in play area, all of which he loves. Inside, he will play on his own, tossing his toys in the air and grunting at them. So cute!!
Mushka was adopted from RAGOM two years ago. He had a happy home with young kids, including a little boy that he loved. A new baby in the house changed things and sent Mushka back to RAGOM. He will make someone an amazing new family member. This boy really is a dream!
Mushka is said to be a Golden/Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix. He is just beautiful!! His coat is thick and curly, and sheds very, very little. He will lean against me for pets and leave nothing behind!! That is a very new experience at our house!! He loves to be brushed, and his coat just gleams. I am told that Mushka means "big eyes" in Russian. If that is true, he is aptly named. He has big, beautiful, soulful eyes that can be very persuasive!!
