Please welcome Pandy to our RAGOM family. She is a three-week-old puppy coming to us from the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation located in South Dakota. She weights 3 pounds 6 oz. Her mother was not taking care of her, so for her own safety, she was surrendered to RAGOM.
I have a big job ahead of me. Caring for such a small puppy takes a lot of time and energy. Feeding every three to four hours. Making sure the temperature stays consistent and cleaning up after her. With all the attention she is getting, she is going to be one spoiled Girl!
She is taking her bottles really well. She sleeps a lot of the time and is just starting to play with some toys. She is walking around, but falls down often. Hard to believe in a few short weeks, she will be a very different dog. They grow so fast.
Pandy will need to stay in foster care until she is 8 weeks old; that will be the first week in January.
