Rosemary was originally born into RAGOM when a surrendered female breeder gave birth in RAGOM's care. She comes back to the RAGOM family when she struggled to find her place in a multi-pet household. A fence is optional. She will be successful in a family where the children are 13+, there are no cats and she is the only dog. She is a sweet girl who needs more confidence and security in her life.
