This little Christmas cookie came to us yesterday and what a holiday treat she is! This is a VERY SWEET golden who has known some love in her previous life. She was a stray, adopted from a shelter, returned to the shelter, and ended up at a vet clinic/shelter. She was given the name Sophie at some point, then the name was switched to Sadie. However, she answers to neither name so we thought she should have a Christmas holiday name.......so now she's Holly.....and she already seems to respond to her new name.

It is estimated that she is about 3 years old, however, we think she is somewhat older because she is starting to get a little white on her muzzle. She is a petite little girl, weighing in at 54 pounds. She gets along great with our 4 resident goldens and our cat. She eats very slowly right alongside the others. She walks very nicely on a leash. She is spayed and housebroken. She was returned to the shelter because she would not wet while on a leash. She has gone every time we have taken her for a walk, however. We left her loose in the house tonight while we were gone for several hours and she didn't get into anything. She likes to be by our side wherever we are but does not cling. We haven't heard her bark yet. She slept on the floor in our bedroom with the rest of the furkids last night without any problem.
