I would like to introduce everyone to Sally, or Sweet Sally as I like to call her J Sally came in with 3 other Goldens from a breeder in South Dakota who is quitting the business.

Sally is a small Golden with a beautiful red coat. She is very scared though. She has not known what love is and what it is like to live in a house. She is scared of loud noises and will sometimes shy away when I want to pet her. She has some scars and some spots of thinner hair. With some love and nutrition I am hoping that her beautiful red coat will cover that up. She likes to find one corner in the house and sit there. It is her safe spot for now. But in the short time that we have had her, she is starting to come around. She will come out and see what everyone is doing and really likes to wag her tail now. We have had a couple of accidents, but that is to be expected. She is starting to go out of the house and back in on her own, at first I had to gently carry her out. She has decided that being inside is much better J

Sally will be going to the vet soon to get a final checkup and get her spay scheduled (no more puppies!). Sally is a very sweet girl and she is going to need a lot of love to really help her come around. I (and so is FD) am more than ready to give that to her J I am still getting to know Sally, so I am not quite sure what her future home will need. There will be time to learn that, and I can’t wait to share her progress with all the RAGOM fans. Keep looking for updates, and keep this sweet girl and all the others in your prayers J
