We would like to introduce Sandy. She is a 7 year old Golden Retriever who loves to play Frisbee. She is a easy going girl who is a perfect house guest. She gets along fine with our resident dogs but she is not playful with them and prefers to be left alone and will give them a warning growl if the are getting to aggressive with her. For that reason we believe she would do best as an only dog. She walks well on the leash and rides in the car well but does drool some.
Some notes from her previous owner:
She loves attention from people and gives out a cute squeak when getting loved up. For the most part Sandy likes to lay around but once she is outside with a Frisbee she is like a puppy and can catch a good throw. She sleeps on the floor in a dog bed next to our bed and goes to the door and lets us know when she needs to go out. Sandy weighs 75 pounds, has a Lipoma on her chest that needs to be monitored and has a tick-bourne disease called Anaplasmosis that she is being treated for with antibiotics that will be done in about a week. Sandy will be at Goldzilla, if Sandy seams like a dog you would like to meet, please contact your placement advisor.
