Winsor is a neutered male approximately 6 years old. He has been microchipped and brought up to date with all his vaccinations.
Winsor came from a shelter where no owner showed up to claim him after he was picked up as a stray. During his care there he was seen by a veterinarian and diagnosed with Lymphoma. The only effective treatment is using Prednisone to slow the enlargement of his lymph nodes but ultimately he will cross the bridge sometime in the next several months depending on how fast it spreads. So the shelter asked RAGOM to find him a hospice foster or home willing to see him through to the end but still giving him a golden life while we can.
I can say if this boy did not have cancer he would have been the best dog to adopt with his personality which is happy all the time. He is respectful to the residents both human and animal. He loves loves the tennis ball but is not obsessive about it and yes he counter surfed a partial loaf of bread but willing gave it back to foster mom. Winsor can catch popcorn in midair and loves bananas. He is a beautiful red haired golden with a thick luxurious coat. Enjoy the pictures.
